CLASS DESCRIPTION

REMIX Vinyasa:

This invigorating yoga flow class relaxes the mind by challenging the body. Through breath synchronized movement, this energetic practice builds internal heat which purifies the body and calms the mind.

REMIX Vinyasa Basics:

Learn to flow from one pose to the next with ease. This class builds strength, stability and alignment awareness as each movement connects to the breath.
