Yin Yang Yoga Workshop with Kristen

Come enjoy a full spectrum vinyasa flow followed by a sweet surrender of long holds for flexibility. The "Yang" portion includes heating flows to cleanse and open. The "Yin" portion includes cooling holds to heal and transform. The blending of these complementing forces will leave you feeling invigorated and renewed.
